...now, Brian M. Latuga, Esq. harnesses those experiences to fight for you.
Driving Under the Influence charges are a complex area of the law that tend to turn on minor details. It goes without saying that "drunk" driving is dangerous to the driver and everyone else on the road. But also true is that many people are arrested when they should not have been; and they should absolutely not be convicted of a DUI. Even if you were intoxicated and feel like there is nothing you can do in court to help your case - there are many legal and technical issues that may be present in your case to obtain an acquittal, reduction of charges, reduction of jail time, or mitigation of the overall penalties. A conviction for DUI can result in the loss of employment, embarrassment, Ignition Interlock requirements, a suspended or restricted license, probation, fines, and jail time.

Every case is unique - and the minute details will matter. If you or a loved one have been charged with a DUI or a DUI-Related crime then immediately contact Brian M. Latuga, Esq. at (757) 687-3657 for a free confidential consultation. Or, submit your contact information here, to make an appointment with Brian M. Latuga, Esq. now.
