Take-Out Booze; Staying Out of Trouble in Virginia Beach During COVID-19/ Pandemic Times

This past week, Virginia's Governor Northam lifted ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control) restrictions further to permit not only beer and wine purchases as ToGo orders, but also to allow mixed-drink, liquor, and specialty drink delivery and pickup. The hope is that restaurants will continue to show revenue for otherwise terrible financial times. With these regulations calmed in one area, your potential risk of trouble increases in others.
